Job Description

We are an Accounting firm looking for seasonal administrative help during our busy season!

Responsibilities:

  • Print and assemble tax returns.
  • Communicate with clients to process returns.
  • Organize incoming workflow and scan documents.
  • Update tax return tracking spreadsheet.
  • Assist with document signing and payment processing (backup).
  • Maintain filing room and perform occasional cleaning.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of office experience.
  • High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's preferred.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills.
  • Printing and scanning experience preferred.
  • Citrix experience a plus.
  • Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented.

Additional Info:

  • Pay range: $19/hr-$20/hr
  • Schedule: M-F 8:30am - 5:00pm (with a half-hour unpaid lunch).
  • Location: Lake Elmo , 100% onsite
  • Type: Temporary for 3 months (Start 2/3 through April)
